Actually, using the program is rather simple, you just need to select the folders you want to scan and start the search. Instead of just comparing file attributes, this program really compares the pictures visually and even the similarity level can be customized. Thus, you can tell the program to report two images that are 70% alike.

The results are displayed conveniently, because the program lets you compare each set of images and rates the similarity levels among them. However, it does not really help to erase duplicates, because this process needs to be done one by one. Just imagine how tiresome this may turn out, when you need to erase multiple duplicates.

In general, Awesome Duplicate Photo Finder works perfectly as to detecting duplicate images. Unfortunately, it does not support deleting batches of images. In addition, it does not allow saving the results to work on them later.
